- Self check-in – access details are sent privately after booking
- Housekeeping depends on the length of your stay; details are confirmed with your booking.
- The pool is cleaned twice a week
- Fresh towels, bed linen, tea, coffee and a drinking-water gallon are provided
- Parking at the villa; an exterior security camera covers the parking area only
- Pool use at your own risk – please no glass by the pool
- No washing machine – a laundry service is nearby
- On request: private chef, in-villa breakfast and massage, airport transfer, scooter rental, private driver, tours and flower pool decoration
- Partly open-air design – geckos and insects can appear now and then, as is normal in the tropics

Cancellation policy: Moderate
- Free cancellation until 5 days before check-in – full refund.
- Cancellation less than 5 days before check-in: the first night and 50% of the remaining nights are charged; the rest is refunded.
- Cancellation after check-in: the nights already stayed, one additional night and 50% of the remaining nights are charged.
- Bookings made at least 7 days before check-in can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of booking.

Balangan is a quiet sandy bay on the Bukit Peninsula between Jimbaran and Uluwatu, with a surf break, beach warungs on the sand and great sunsets. Dreamland, Bingin and Padang Padang beaches and Jimbaran’s seafood dinners on the beach are nearby.
Getting around
A scooter is the easiest way to get around, and we are happy to arrange one for you. Private drivers and airport transfers can be booked on request, and ride-hailing apps such as Grab and Gojek are widely available.
